From starting out over 30 years ago as an elementary school teacher, to his 2008-2010 enrollment in Harvard's Owner/President executive education program, Andy knows firsthand the impact that great teachers and learning experiences have on one's career.

Jocelyn Hayes, Director Consulting and Training

Jocelyn Hayes heads up our SAP consulting and training practice. Jocelyn brings over 11 years of SAP experience, plus a great deal of passion and enthusiasm. She truly enjoys the challenge of solving problems creatively and collaboratively.

Prior to joining ERPtips, she had worked for a big 4 consulting firm as a Sr. SAP Consultant and then moved into independent consulting. She has developed ESA Roadmaps using Netweaver tools, including Visual Composer, XI, Enterprise Portal, and BI. She also led a CRM Business Process Re-engineering project. Jocelyn's focus primarily has involved the Logistics modules of SAP and migrating clients to more user-friendly applications using SAP's most advanced solutions.

Jocelyn works with clients to match our Mastery Level consultants to their training and consulting requirements. Our clients will discover, as we have, that Jocelyn excels as a consultative relationship builder -- highly effective in cultivating and maintaining positive partnerships across all levels. Having acted both in the role of consultant and client, she knows the challenges of scoping the initiative, defining team member roles, identifying the associated skill sets, and stretching the project budget to support it all. Laura Donovan, Director of Publications

Laura Donovan is Director of Publications for Klee Associates, Inc., with responsibility for the ERPtips and JDEtips Journals and the editing and production of our Mastery-Level Training Manuals.

Laura has over 30 years experience in the software arena, where she has specialized in user documentation and training development and delivery. She's held in-house publications and training management positions and has worked as a consultant.

Mark Downs, Director of Subscription Sales

Mark joined Klee Associates, Inc. in January, 2005 as our Manager of Subscription Sales for both ERPtips and JDEtips.  Mark has an extensive background in sales, and also worked for Ford Motor Credit for several years.  Mark lives in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Terri Wylie, Customer Service Manager

Terri has 10 years medical transcription experience with three of those years running her own business before joining Klee Associates. She started in data entry and quickly became our Database Administrator before moving to serve as our Customer Service Manager.

Stu Tolen, Vice President, Application and Technical Services

Stu Tolen heads up Consulting and Training services for Klee Associates. Stu has over 25 years of technical IT experience and is a former JDE/PeopleSoft/Oracle employee. He has worked with JD Edwards software for 17 years and is well versed in all Distribution modules. He participated in the development of the Energy/Chemical suite in World and led the development of the Transportation Management product in EnterpriseOne. Over ten years of his career were spent as an independent consultant where he assisted customers in the design and development of various software applications for the IBM midrange environment.

Gabriel Ramos, Manager

Gabriel comes to ERPtips with a strong background in customer support.  He earned his BS degree and gained expertise selling, programming, and maintaining Micros POS systems in the Aspen, CO area.
